Chicken liver cutlet

Liver cutlets are easy to cook, the taste is tender and pleasant! I prefer to cook chicken liver cutlets for my family more often in winter and autumn than in other seasons. I love this popular meat recipe. Its preparation is not so expensive, and it gives decent pleasure.

In general, I am not indifferent to chicken offal. This food suits me both in terms of cost, and I like it in terms of its taste qualities. A lot of different dishes can be prepared from these products. And now I would like to share with you one of my husband's favorite culinary recipes, namely chicken liver cutlets. We begin the preparation of this dish by taking 300 grams of chicken liver and thoroughly washing it in running water. Then we dry it a little and pass it through a meat grinder. We also pass peeled onions through a meat grinder (or grind them in a blender). After that, mix the liver and onion, add salt and ground pepper to taste, herbs (for example, cilantro, basil) to the mass, place the eggs. The minced meat should be quite thick. If it is too thin, add a little flour. Now we can start frying the cutlets. To do this, prepare the minced meat in portions in a frying pan with hot oil. When all the cutlets are ready, we put them on a dish and serve them with sour cream.
