The simplest vanilla pancakes

Delicate thin pancakes with a light vanilla note in the taste! There is nothing simpler than pancakes, but even the simplest traditional recipes for this food exist in a huge variety. I learned how to cook simple traditional vanilla pancakes at a fair dedicated to last year's Maslenitsa, where the main food presented was traditionally various pancakes.

Mix eggs with vanilla sugar and salt. Knead, gradually adding flour. Pour a glass of milk and mix into a homogeneous dough.

I put the dough for half an hour in a bowl for swelling. Then I pour in the melted butter. If the dough turns out to be too thick, then I add a little more milk and mineral water. In a pancake pan, I heat the melted butter, evenly distribute it over the pan and pour in a little dough, distribute it over the pan so that it is completely covered with the thinnest layer.

As soon as the pancake turns golden and begins to bubble slightly, I pour a little oil on the unlined side of the pancake and turn it over. I fry the pancake again, now on the other side. When it completely turns golden, I proceed to the second one. I serve these amazing pancakes with whipped cream with sugar or cherry jam without seeds. From this amount of products, about a dozen excellent vanilla pancakes are obtained.
