So, we start by pouring kefir into a small saucepan. Then we break a chicken egg into the same container, pour granulated sugar, add salt, soda and mix all these ingredients thoroughly until smooth.

After that, gradually add flour to the mass, knead the dough of the consistency of thin sour cream.

Now we close the pan with the dough lid and put it in the refrigerator for the whole night.

In the morning, heat the oil in a frying pan, pour the dough on it in portions and bake thin pancakes. Then, when all the pancakes are ready, lubricate each of them with melted butter (it can be mixed with chopped dill), then spread the salmon cut into thin slices in the middle, wrap with a roll. Now we put all the rolls on a dish and decorate with sliced lemon slices, serve them on the table.
