To begin with, mix the flour with melted butter, egg yolks separated from the whites, previously ground with sugar and salt. Then, slowly pouring in sour milk (or kefir) and stirring, knead the dough until a homogeneous mass is formed. After that, add the beaten egg whites and mix the whole mass thoroughly. We proceed directly to baking pancakes. To do this, we collect the dough with a ladle and pour it onto a frying pan heated and smeared with a small piece of fat. Pancakes on kefir should be served with honey or sour cream.
