Pancakes with sweet filling are a real joy for kids! What do you think when you hear – pancakes with apples? Obviously, something almost monumental, stuffed, but there is no need to stuff anything according to my recipe for pancakes with apples, everything is extremely simple. I believe that food should not be prepared difficult, difficult and long, you need to cook with joy, and if it is difficult to cook, then what joy can there be. The dough for pancakes with apples is prepared at once, the biggest difficulty is to sift the flour and grate the apples.
So, we take a mixer and a deep cup, preferably ceramic or glass. Break the eggs into it and beat with a mixer, continuing to beat, add salt, sugar, milk. Reduce the speed of the mixer and begin to pour the sifted flour. Three apples on a coarse grater and, lo and behold, pour them into the dough. Apples are best used sweet and not very juicy. If there is a lot of juice in them, add more flour. Mix again. Add vegetable oil to the dough so that it does not stick to the pan and bake. You can fold ready-made pancakes with apples in half or even four times, sprinkle with powdered sugar and on the table.
