Milk pancakes with apples, vanilla and raisins

Thin pancakes with sweet fruit filling inside. Pancakes with milk with apple filling are prepared from ordinary pancake batter with the addition of boiling water. Pancakes are baked thin so that you can easily wrap the filling in them. Apple filling is prepared simply and quickly. You can add orange or lemon zest to it. Both adults and children like these pancakes. Serve with tea, coffee, milk.
