My family loves this dish very much. The consistency is somewhat similar to thick goulash soup, both husband and children love it equally. For children, I do not make it so sharp, I add chili pepper to my husband separately from the mill - he is my lover of spicy. It was born from an ordinary stew. By trial and error, not in one summer I brought the recipe to the ideal. Little by little I added ingredients, if I liked it, I left it, if not, I didn't use it anymore. For example, my mother-in-law advised me to add corn. With it, the dish acquires a special, summer taste. By the way, if it's not the season for corn, it can be replaced with beans, as I wrote above. My sister puts another zucchini, but it didn't catch on with me - my husband doesn't hold zucchini in high esteem). So everything depends only on your taste preferences, and of course, on your imagination!
