Goulash with tomato and cream sauce

You can just swallow your tongue :))) Having tried it once, I realized that I had found my recipe. Now I cook only according to it. Try it and you ) Meat of course can be replaced with pork, I'm sure it will be delicious too. By the way, this dish is suitable for children from kindergarten age. With a puree and gravy, they devour it with pleasure.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min
Wash the meat and cut into pieces of about 2-3 cm.
Roll in paprika (do not salt!) and fry in a saucepan, in well-heated oil.
Fry until the bulk of the meat juice evaporates, and the meat is well fried. Add finely chopped onion.
Once again, fry everything thoroughly, and add flour. The flour should be mixed well and allowed to fry properly, gradually adding boiling water and stirring.
And now, finally, salt! Cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer. After 45 minutes, add tomatoes, cream, lemon juice and zest. To do this, cut the zest with a knife, trying not to capture the white layer. The more pieces of zest you get, the better.
Stew the meat for another 3-5 minutes, remove the zest. Our dish is ready!
Goulash is served with potatoes, pasta, rice, buckwheat or vegetables. The gravy turns out to be so awesome that I can just eat it with a spoon)))
