But I need to eat chicken weekly, in addition, you can cook an unimaginable amount of food from it - from soups to smoked meats. About 2 years ago, my mother, by the way, is also a big fan of chicken, shared with me a recipe for chopped chicken cutlets. From the first time I tried these cutlets, I fell in love with them forever. I can say with confidence that they are my favorite dish in general. Everyone who tried chopped chicken cutlets was also delighted. So, I strongly recommend cooking these cutlets.

How to make them? It's simple! Take the chicken fillet and cut into cubes of about 2x2 and 3x3 cm. Do not mince, the chicken is very well and quickly fried. We put the chopped bird in a medium-sized container, break the eggs into it, add mayonnaise, starch, salt and pepper and mix everything thoroughly with our hands, the mass should turn out to be quite liquid and fluid. Now we put the frying pan with oil on medium heat, when it heats up with a shallow ladle or a special spatula, we collect part of the mass and pour it into the pan. Fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on one side, also do it on the second side. When all the cutlets are fried, we put them on a large dish and decorate with herbs. I am sure you will like this dish! Lick your fingers!
