    The resulting rolls are fried in vegetable oil on both sides until crisp. Put the tortillas in a saucepan, pour a glass of water (maybe a little more, the water should cover half) and simmer on low heat for about an hour or until soft.

    If desired, 150 g of sour cream can be added to the pan for 10 minutes before cooking (add 1 tsp of flour to the sour cream beforehand, it will thicken the sauce and will not allow the sour cream to curdle). And simmer until tender. It will turn out a very tasty sour cream sauce.
