How to make buckwheat with meat and mushrooms? First of all, boil our buckwheat. Fry the mushrooms and onions in a preheated frying pan. Cut the meat into small pieces, then fry in butter, add 2 cups of water to the contents. Wait until boiling and add 2 tablespoons of fresh sour cream, as well as garlic (all cloves should be cut into 2 parts) and meat spices. Send these components to stew for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, mix all the ingredients, add the mushroom gravy to them and spread them on some dishes. Do not forget to spread the meat with gravy, while mixing the ingredients. The food is ready to eat!
We wish you a pleasant appetite!
