How to make Baltic beef Stroganoff with cumin and cream? Cut the meat across the fibers into plates about one centimeter thick.

Beat off each layer with a hammer and add salt and pepper to taste.

Then cut the layers into cubes of about 1x1 cm.

Lightly roll each block in flour.

Preheat a frying pan with oil and fry the meat in one layer on all sides for about five minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the onion finely and add it to the lightly fried beef.

Fry everything together, stirring from time to time, until the onion is browned. In a saucepan over moderate heat, heat the cream.

Pour warmed cream to the toasted meat with ruddy onions. Add allspice, bay leaf and cumin to taste.

Simmer all together over moderate heat under the lid for a couple of minutes.

Serve ready-made beef stroganoff with your favorite side dish or separately. Enjoy your meal!
