Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

I saw another original fish recipe, I hasten to share so that your food is delicious and original. To begin with, wash the grapes, put them in a saucepan, pour water and put them to boil. After boiling in three minutes it will need to be drained. And while the water boils, let's do the fish. Finely chop the onion and put it in a frying pan with melted butter, put the fish on top of the onion. Now you can add salt and pepper to taste, then pour water and wine. In general, it is recommended to cover the fish with oiled parchment, but I cover it with foil instead. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes until the fish becomes soft. I hope you did not forget about the grapes, they were removed from the fire in time, and they did not digest. And while our fish is stewing, you can start cooking the sauce. To do this, we need an egg yolk, which we mix with bechamel sauce and pour into a frying pan, add butter there and stir over low heat until smooth, without bringing the sauce to a boil. Now add the whipped cream, salt and mix. The sauce is ready, and the fish during this time, I think, too. Turn on the oven, and while it is heating up, put the fish in a baking dish, put the grapes on it and pour all this sauce. We put it in the oven and wait until our fish is browned. Flounder with grapes is ready. In combination with white wine, it will look great on your table.
