Cooking method

1. Cut the onion into quarters of rings. Cut the carrots into large strips.

3. While the onions and carrots are being fried, we extract the bones from the dates.

4. Add all the spices to the cauldron, pour a glass of hot water, then put dates, nuts, barberry, washed rice on top. We level it without mixing it with the rest of the products.

5. Pour rice on top with hot water, covering the cereal with a layer of liquid one centimeter.

6. Cook on high heat without a lid for 10 minutes, then under the lid on medium heat for about 40 minutes.

7. Mix the finished pilaf and serve it hot.
