Put a frying pan with oil on the fire and when it heats up, put the chopped chicken fillets in it and fry until tender. Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a bowl, mix the milk, sour cream and soy sauce, mix and put on fire for three minutes. No more, after three minutes, remove and add finely chopped parsley. Then add finely chopped onion and chopped tomato to the chicken fillet and continue frying. When the onion is fried, pour in the sauce and another half cup of water on top.
Stew the chicken for about 10-15 minutes, and then, after switching off, leave it to infuse for ten minutes.
Should be served with buckwheat, which should be prepared in the usual way. It should take you no more than 40 minutes to cook. It turns out delicious and nutritious food that you will definitely like.
