Beef azu with potatoes

A wonderful dish for passionate meat eaters! Azu beef recipe added to my cookbook last winter. Then I prepared it for the New Year's table, and I think it looked out of place there. Azu looks appetizing, and a well-made side dish gives it a particularly respectable appearance. I will provide assistance in matters related to this dish. You will find the necessary description and tips in my recipe. I am a passionate meat eater, especially I love any beef food. One of my favorite dishes from this meat is Beef Azu. It is about this culinary recipe that we will discuss further.

We start cooking this dish by freeing the meat from tendons and films, cut it into small cubes. Now let's pass the tomato puree.
Sprinkle the prepared meat with pepper, salt and fry, pour water, add tomato puree and simmer until half cooked over low heat under the lid. Now we dry the flour, cool it and dilute it with one part of the broth that was formed during the meat stewing. After that, we peel the cucumbers from the skin, cut them into strips.
We also peel the onion, cut it into half rings, and pass it. Then cut the potatoes into small cubes and fry. Now add cucumbers, onions and flour with broth to the prepared meat, simmer it all for about 10 minutes, then put fried potatoes, pepper, bay leaf and simmer for about 20 minutes more. About 5 minutes before the dish is ready, we put tomatoes cut into small slices and finely chopped garlic into the bowl.
