    Break an egg into each avocado half. I had large eggs, but avocados are not very large and part of the protein from each egg turned out to be superfluous. Therefore, it is better to estimate in advance whether the whole egg will fit into the fruit you have chosen.

    Put the avocado in a preheated 180 °C oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the eggs are ready.

    Transfer the hot avocado with egg to a dish, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, salt and pepper. Serve immediately while the appetizer is hot. Enjoy your meal!

I broke the eggs in an avocado, put them in the oven and went to wash/ get ready. And in 15 minutes you will get a nutritious and delicious breakfast. Fast, healthy, satisfying and very tasty. Now my breakfast problem is solved.
