Potatoes with meat are always delicious, and especially in this performance... I have these potatoes scattered like hot cakes, and I naively thought that there would still be left! The kids especially liked it, but you can't fool them)

    We choose large potatoes for this recipe. We cut it in half and cut out the middle with a knife, we don't need much - we leave about 1 cm on the walls. I have young potatoes with a thin skin, so I cook right with it - in my opinion it's even tastier, only of course it needs to be thoroughly washed first. Older potatoes are better to peel

    Lubricate the top of the boats with sour cream and send them to float freely in the oven for 1 hour. The top can be additionally covered with foil (I did not cover)
