And it differs from other meat in its composition. It does not contain cholesterol and heavy metals. It is perfectly absorbed by our body. Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 6 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

It is best to use a young rabbit. Chop the carcass into small portions. Rinse well in running water and dry with a paper towel.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

To prepare the marinade, mix soy sauce, sour cream and mustard in a separate bowl.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add the dry spices and mix well.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Mix the rabbit pieces in the marinade so that they are evenly covered with it. Leave to stand for 3-4 hours so that the meat is marinated.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Cover the baking dish with foil. Lay out the pickled rabbit meat. Pour the rest of the marinade into the meat mold, too.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Cover the top with foil and tuck the edges so that the meat is well closed. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 1.5 hours. For the last 30 minutes, let the meat bake without foil, so that it browns a little. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!

The beneficial properties of rabbit meat are significantly higher than ordinary pork or chicken. There is nothing complicated in cooking rabbit meat. The only disadvantage, in my opinion, is that the meat is cooked for a long time before it becomes tender, soft and melting in the mouth. But, since the oven cooks everything and there is no need to stand over it, time passes very quickly. And the smells coming from the kitchen speak for themselves. For this recipe, you can take absolutely any parts of the rabbit. But to make the meat tasty and fragrant, it is best to marinate it for a few hours. And you can serve the finished dish both independently and in addition to any side dish. I also recommend supplementing the serving with a vegetable salad or just fresh vegetables. Very tasty!
