Noodles with cottage cheese in the oven

An easy-to-prepare dish with the taste of childhood. Many people got acquainted with such a noodle maker in kindergarten and still love him. It turns out to be slightly sweet, but the taste can be adjusted at your discretion. Who likes sweeter, add sugar, who is saltier - do not put it at all.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 40 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

In a deep bowl, beat an egg, add sugar and salt. Mix everything well with a whisk.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Add cottage cheese and beat everything with an immersion blender. You can also pre-rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and add the already crushed cottage cheese to the egg mass and also mix everything well.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

I used egg noodles for the recipe. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt to taste and wait for boiling. Lay the noodles and cook for 1 minute. Then turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let it brew for 5-7 minutes. This is exactly what is indicated on the package. Instead of egg noodles, you can cook pasta, according to the instructions. If you already have ready-made pasta, then weigh 350 grams. We throw the finished noodles into a colander, do not rinse.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Mix noodles and curd mass until smooth.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Grease the baking dish with butter and spread the workpiece, spreading it in a uniform layer in the form.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Preparing the fill. To do this, beat an egg with sour cream in a bowl. Take sour cream with a fat content of 20%, not less.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Pour the noodles with the prepared mixture.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

We send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I have an old-style oven and bakes unevenly, so after 15 minutes I turned the mold 180 degrees so that the noodles were evenly covered with a golden crust. We take the finished dish out of the oven, divide it into portions and serve it to the table.

The taste of this dish reminded me of cottage cheese casserole and cheesecakes - and this is not surprising, because one of the main ingredients is cottage cheese. You can serve such a noodle soup with condensed milk, unless, of course, you have a sweet option, or you can just sprinkle it with powdered sugar on top. It turns out tender, appetizing, with a ruddy crust. It tastes best when hot. I recommend drinking sweet black tea, milk, compote, jelly or any other suitable drink. The recipe and the category of fast, simple and budget - take it into the piggy bank!
