Crucian caviar baked in the oven

An unusual and delicious caviar dish cooked in pots! Once, visiting a friend, I tried this original dish and was very surprised, since it is prepared from simple and affordable products. And, by the way, it's not difficult at all. Since then I've been cooking it from time to time and sharing the recipe with you)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 5 min

1. Peel and chop the onion into small cubes, lightly fry in oil (until lightly golden).
2. Add the dried crumb of white bread, egg yolk and sour cream (or thick cream) to the onion.
3. Add salt and season with ground black pepper to taste, mix well with carp caviar.
4. Bake in 250-300 ml pots at 220 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
