Hearty, hot pies with delicious meat are a favorite treat of the whole family. My grandmother on my father's side always cooked very well and often spoiled us, her grandchildren, with a variety of goodies. In general, since childhood I have been distinguished by my love for everything satisfying and at the same time delicious, and therefore, from all the variety of culinary recipes, I preferred such food as meat pies. So, we start with the preparation of the dough. To do this, melt the yeast in warm water and add sugar. We put the sourdough in a warm place until the foam appears. Next, we put flour in the dough, pour margarine and yeast into it. Mix everything and knead the dough, gradually adding water. Now we put the dough to reach 30 minutes. Now we turn to the preparation of the filling. To do this, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion on it, but not until golden. Then add the meat, all the spices, a little water and mix well. Now add the raisins and almonds, stir well and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Add the parsley, mix. Now we roll out about 30 balls of the same size from our dough. Roll out the balls into circles 0.5 cm thick . Put a tablespoon of filling in the center of each circle and make a crescent (according to the type of dumpling). We put the pies on a pre-greased baking sheet and cover with a towel. We put them for 1 hour in a warm place. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the pies for 25-30 minutes. They should be served hot.
