When our dough is ready, we divide it into equal-sized balls. Now we roll out each ball into a thin cake with a diameter of about a decimeter. Spread out the cooled filling, retreating from the edge by about 1 cm. How we prepare the filling: fill the cherry with sugar and let it brew for about an hour. After that, drain the syrup and add starch, stir. Now we fold the dough into a triangle, carefully pinching the edges. Now we lay out the pies on a greased baking sheet, lubricate them with egg and send them to a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
