Cookies in molds on gas Nuts

Crumbly nuts conceal a sweet, sweet secret - condensed milk! It is useful sometimes to rummage in grandma's bins!! What's not there! The other day I came across one useful thing designed for baking nuts, bought back in Soviet times. Most likely, most housewives will also find it in the depths of the kitchen shelves. So: we will no longer force the "technique" to gather dust and run faster to prepare the dough for our future delicious masterpiece! The cooking recipe itself is not complicated, it takes more time to bake the shells… But believe me, it's worth it!

So let's get started. From 3 cups of flour, 100 grams of butter margarine and 100 grams of butter, we prepare chopped dough. Pre-soften butter and margarine. The dough should be homogeneous, without the smallest grains. Beat eggs, mayonnaise and a glass of sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the soda extinguished in vinegar. Mix this mass with chopped dough. The further cooking process is simple: we put small pieces of dough into molds, press and bake until ready.
In the still cold halves, we put the filling. It can be any: boiled condensed milk, custard, jam, etc. Chopped nuts or cookies can also be added to the filling. For example, I did this: I took two cans of condensed milk. One boiled, one not. I added a little chopped peanuts to the boiled condensed milk. In the usual – more crumbled cookies, so that the filling would not be liquid. If, after all, the filling is not very thick, it is better to let the liver cool down a little.
Cookies "Nuts" are perfect for decorating any festive table. Especially this food is to the liking of children! The most interesting thing is to open the nut and first eat the filling, and then everything else! And sometimes it's nice to sit down with a cup of tea, in the aromas of freshly cooked pastries, and remember the taste of grandma's cookies. And it is better to call friends so that your labors would not be left without praise!
