Cottage cheese cake with berries

Stunning combination of berries and cottage cheese in the most ordinary cupcake. Cottage cheese cupcake with berries is slightly different from the usual cupcake, it turns out a little wetter. But, in my opinion, it gives it some piquancy. And the combination of the aroma of fresh berries and cottage cheese puts this pastry among my favorite culinary masterpieces. Berries can be used any, as long as they do not stain the dough and do not spoil the look. To do this, in my opinion, it is necessary to roll them in starch. This is especially true of freshly frozen berries. This pastry, with a beautiful, delicate and slightly moist structure, is perfect for a hearty family breakfast on a weekend, or just to organize a fun tea party with friends
