Lemon mannikin

Lemon mannikin on Greek yogurt is a real bliss! Mannikins are a special kind of baking, quite satisfying thanks to semolina and at the same time sweet. Recently I posted a recipe for apple mannikin. Now I've decided to master lemon. It turned out to be more dense, more satisfying, moderately sweet, with a pronounced aroma and taste of lemon. It will appeal to all lovers of citrus pastries.
