Chocolate liqueur roll

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

1. Eggs are divided into whites and yolks. Add a little sugar to the yolks (20 grams will be enough) and vegetable oil, rub the mass with a hand whisk. 

2. In the resulting mass, sift flour with baking powder, corn starch, add vanilla and salt, mix. The dough at this stage is quite dense, dilute it with milk, mix thoroughly.

3. Whisk the egg whites into a fluffy foam, add sugar, continue whipping until stable strong peaks.Combine the protein mass with the dough, mix gently.

4. Pour the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment, send it to the oven preheated to 170 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes.

5. Very carefully, so as not to get burned, we roll the biscuit into a roll together with parchment. Leave until completely cooled.

6. Whisk cream to a dense state, add sugar and chocolate chips, mix. 

7. We impregnate the sponge cake with chocolate liqueur, lubricate it with cream, return it to the original roll form, but without parchment.

The surface can also be smeared with cream and sprinkled with chocolate chips if desired.

Serve for tea.
