    Milk is slightly heated, divided into two parts. In one half we breed yeast and 1 tbsp.l. sugar.

    In the rest of the milk, dissolve the butter, 1 tbsp sugar, beat in the egg.

    Sift flour and salt into a bowl.

    Make a recess in the flour, pour in the milk and egg, mix lightly. Pour in the milk with yeast.

    Knead the dough. It's soft, sticky. Cover the bowl with the dough and leave it in the heat to rise for about 2 hours.

    For the filling, mix the chopped nuts with sugar.

    Carefully spread the dough on a floured table and roll out into a rectangle. I got 2 such rectangular layers.
