A diet can be not only healthy, but also delicious! At the request of the participants of our site, I mastered another recipe for baking according to Dukan. This time the choice fell on bread with grainy cottage cheese - it was its presence in the composition that attracted my attention. The loaves turned out great.

    Spread the dough into cupcake molds (preferably silicone) and put in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 35-40 minutes.

My loaves stuck a little to the edges and bottom of the molds, despite the fact that I oiled them before laying the dough. I took out the loaves with a silicone spatula soaked in water. So they remained intact and did not break.
