Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

1. Chop the walnuts not very finely, put them in a bowl, add sugar and cinnamon, mix.

2. Defrost the dough at room temperature (this is about 20-30 minutes), roll out into a thin layer.

3. Sprinkle the dough layer with the nut mixture and walk over it with a rolling pin, as if rolling nuts into the dough.

4. Roll the dough into a roll from both ends towards the middle, then cut into pieces one and a half centimeters thick.

5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, lay out the cookies keeping a small distance, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
