Cooking method

Cooking time: 7 h 20 min

Wash the apples, peel them from the seed pod. It is not necessary to peel the peel - it is optional.

Cut the prepared apples into pieces, put them in a saucepan and pour water so that it covers the contents by 1 cm.

Cover the pan with a lid, send it to the fire and bring it to a boil, then boil the apples over very low heat for 1-3 hours. During this time, the fruit should boil well, and excess moisture should evaporate.

Put the apples in a colander, let the excess liquid drain, and at the same time cool down a little. Now you need to puree the apple mass with a blender (or grind through a sieve).

Line the baking sheet with parchment, put the puree in a uniform thin layer (no more than 5 mm thick).

Put the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 100 degrees, and, without closing the door, dry the pastille to the desired density.

Then turn the pastille over so that the parchment is on top, carefully separate it and remove it. Dry the dessert in the same mode for another 2 hours.

Cut the finished vitamin delicacy into strips that can be rolled into a roll.

Treat your family and be healthy and happy!
