Cooking method

Cooking time: 55 min

1. Cut the sausage and cheese into small cubes (about 1 cm).
2. In a bowl, break the eggs, beat them lightly.
3. Add salt to the eggs, mix well.
4. Pour in the kefir, mix again.
5. Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder.
6. Add flour to the egg-kefir mixture, mix until smooth. The consistency of the mass will be like thick sour cream.
7. Put the chopped sausage and cheese into the dough, stirring again.
8. Cover the baking dish with baking paper, grease it with a small amount of butter.
9. Put the dough into the mold.
10. Put the mold with the future pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. The pie should become appetiingly golden and ruddy. Check readiness with a wooden stick. If it remains dry when the pie is pierced, it is ready.

The pie is especially delicious when hot. But if you have a part left for later, you can always warm it up - it will be no less delicious.

Bon appetit!
