Shortbread pie with apples and raisins

Try a pie made of fragrant shortbread dough with apple filling! The dough for such a closed pie has a delicate orange note due to the orange peel included in its composition. The filling can be made different. It can be any fruit and (or) dried fruits, cottage cheese with vanilla or jam. Everything is at your discretion. A shortbread pie with an appetizing crispy crust will be a wonderful addition to your tea party!
