Make a sourdough: mix yeast with warm milk 250 ml, add sugar 100 g, vanilla sugar and flour 350 g. Stir and leave for 20 minutes on the sidelines.

Preparing the muffin: add 2 eggs and vanilla to the melted butter. We introduce the muffin into the dough, add the remaining flour and knead the dough.

Filling: add sugar, 1 egg to the cottage cheese and mix. Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll the balls. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Then divide each ball into 2 parts, roll it out, add cottage cheese in the middle and wrap it in a roll. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Bon appetit to everyone!
