    While the cakes are being baked, we prepare the butter cream. Beat the softened butter with condensed milk and vanilla.

    Beat 4 proteins with sugar for 5-7 minutes, we get a cream to cover the cake on top and on the sides.

    When the cakes cool down a little, we collect our future cake. Each cake, except the top one, is liberally lubricated with butter cream, we will leave a little for the roses on top of the cake.
