Cooking time: 35 min

Beat all the ingredients in a blender. Spread out on silicone molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes, then for about 20 minutes at 160C.
Cool and remove from the mold.
It's delicious to eat cottage cheese curds both warm and cold.
