Chicken Hill Casserole

Don't know what to cook on a day off? There is a solution. I recommend: a delicious hot chicken fillet dish for Sunday lunch or dinner. You can cook one big slide, or you can make it in portions, for each family member. As a layer, you can take any vegetables that you like-potatoes, zucchini, eggplant... I added mushrooms.

    Chicken fillet cut into thin plastics, beat off between two layers of film and lubricate with a mixture of soy sauce and crushed garlic. We put it in a cool place for a couple of hours. Onions, carrots, potatoes are cleaned, washed, cut into thin circles. We wipe the champignons with a damp cloth, chop them with thick plates.

    Let the vegetables and mushrooms take turns in heated oil, until transparent and soft. Chop the greens.

    Remove the fillet from the refrigerator. The baking dish is covered with foil, lubricated with oil. Put a few large slices of fillet, lubricate with beaten egg.

    Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake for forty minutes. Then increase the temperature to 220 degrees and brown the top for another 10 minutes.
