    Chicken liver is cleaned from the films and cut into several parts. Add the liver to the pan to the vegetables and simmer for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, dried or fresh herbs and leave to cool.

    In a bowl, break 4 eggs, add 4 spoons of mayonnaise and mix everything until smooth.

    Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and add it to the egg mixture. Mix it up.

    Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. The dough for the roll is leveled on a baking sheet and baked at 180 C for about 15 minutes.
