Berry crumble

The magical taste and unforgettable aroma will not leave you indifferent! I love crumblies, not only are they prepared easily and quickly, they turn out to be very tasty. This is not just a pie, but some kind of continuous pleasure! It's a riot of colors, flavors and textures. In the filling, you can add any berries that are at hand, and in summer, when there are so many different fruits, you can use any combinations. If you do not like nuts or shavings, it is not necessary to add them, but they give their flavor, and the shavings absorb excess moisture and, as it were, thicken the whole pie. Help yourself!

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    Ingredients.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Mix the berries, add the zest.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add chopped almonds, coconut chips, starch and sugar if desired. Mix it up. The filling is ready.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

We put the filling in the molds. I used portions, but if there are none, then the pie can be made in one small form.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Let's cook the crumbs. To do this, mix the flour and sugar, add cold butter (for convenience, cut the butter into a small cube).

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Grind the butter with flour and sugar into crumbs. Our dough is ready.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Cover the filling with crumbs. When you put the fillings and crumbs into the molds, do not regret it, because during baking, the volume of the filling and dough will decrease significantly, so spread with a pea.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Bake in a preheated oven to 200 C for about 15-20 minutes, or rather until golden brown.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

The finished crumble is delicious both hot and cold! I like it hot with a scoop of ice cream. Bon appetit!!!
