Chicken wings in honey glaze

A delicious snack for beer will be appreciated by your friends. The recipe is very easy to prepare, but the wings turn out very tasty. And the best part is that they can be served as an independent dish, for example, as a snack for beer lovers, or to any side dish, rice, pasta or your favorite potato.

Wash the chicken wings, dry them, cut them into joints and season with salt and pepper to taste, you can also add your favorite herbs. Put the prepared wings on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees until ready. 5 minutes before the wings are ready, we begin to prepare the sauce. Pour sunflower oil into a deep frying pan and add a piece of butter to it. In the heated oil, add garlic and continue to fry it until a light golden. Next, alternately add soy sauce, tomato paste and honey, stir everything until smooth. We take our wings out of the oven and send them to the sauce for 5 minutes, stir them well so that they are soaked in the sauce. After 5 minutes, turn off the fire and serve our wings to the table.
