Divide the proteins and yolks.
Whisk the whites into a persistent foam.
Combine yolks, sugar, vanilla and water and beat in a combine. Add the melted and cooled margarine, then gradually "rain" pour flour. Add warm milk in 2 doses and beat well.
Add proteins to the mass, mix with a spatula from the bottom up and then stir with a whisk. The dough will be very thin, but that's how it should be.
Use a large mold (I have 25 by 35), grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour out the dough and bake at 175 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
 Cool the dessert and cut into portions. Sprinkle the "smart" cake with powdered sugar.
