Cottage cheese stollen

An extraordinary dessert melting in the mouth with a light lemon note! The taste is unusual, the structure is melting, a beautiful "cap" made of powdered sugar. Excellent result. "Ripe" stollen is great.

Rub softened butter with sugar, lemon zest.

Add eggs, cottage cheese.

Sift the flour together with baking powder, add to the dough.

Add nuts (chop) and dried fruits to the dough (also bring them to about the same size in terms of the size of the pieces).

Form a "loaf", flatten it a little, turn the edge up by one-third.

Bake at 180 g for one hour.

Grease the finished stollen with melted butter and sprinkle liberally with sah.powder.

Wrap in foil and let it lie in a cold place for 2-3 weeks.
