Let the dough come up, knead it. And in half an hour you can make buns.



Stretch a piece of dough with your hands, grease it with oil, sprinkle with sugar, roll it up in the form of a bag (press the dough with your fingers at the neck) and put it on a baking sheet.



Let the bun come up, smear with egg whipped with milk, add more sugar, put in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20 minutes.
