The most wonderful muffins will please both you and your children! I read the recipe once in a magazine. At first I doubted, and then I took a chance at my leisure. And I wasn't disappointed. My piggy bank has been replenished with a new masterpiece. Carrot muffins turn out to be unusually airy, tender, fragrant. Beat 2 eggs with 1 cup of sand.
Add 200 gr. melted margarine (or butter) and whisk again.
Add 1 cup of grated carrots (medium size) and whisk again.

Now add a pinch of salt, 0.5 tsp of slaked soda (baking powder), a little vanilla (optional).

2 cups of sifted flour. Mix everything.
 Grease the molds with vegetable oil.
Spread the dough on 2/3 of the molds.

Bake in the oven over medium heat.

After baking, when the muffins cool down, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
