    Step 18.

We prepare the dough according to the first method.

Sift flour with a slide, pour cold water into the central recess, put softened butter. Knead the dough, wrap it in a film and keep it for 20 minutes.

Prepare the dough according to the second method.

Sift flour with a slide, pour salt, put softened butter. Knead the dough and let it lie for 20 minutes.

Prepare the filling.

Fry the onion (you need to chop it very much) in vegetable oil until it turns golden. We put the minced meat here. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.

We report raw potatoes, grated on a fine grater, oat flakes, pour in a little hot water (no more than 80 ml). Pour in the spices, simmer until cooked. Cool it down.

Divide the first and second dough into two identical parts.

From the first part of the dough No. 1 we make a cake, from the first part of the dough No. 2 we roll a ball.

Put the ball in the center of the tortilla, pinch it. From the resulting bun, we roll out a rectangle, twist it into a roll from the narrower side.

We do the same with the second frequent test No. 1 and No. 2.

Cover the rolls with a film and stand for 20 minutes.

Cut the rolls across into pieces 1.5 cm thick.

Flatten each piece, put the filling in the center, pinch the edges, fry in vegetable oil (there should be a lot of it).

Put the finished pies on paper napkins, so the excess oil will go away.

Everything, puff pastry pies with potatoes are ready, you can eat.
