We cook sweet buns with chocolate, very tasty. The culinary recipe was obtained on the Internet.
Dissolve yeast and 1 tsp sugar in warm milk.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, then mix and leave until a cap is formed. 

In a separate container, rub sugar with egg.

We put salt, vegetable oil, butter, vanilla sugar here. Pour in the sourdough and mix.

Gradually adding flour, knead the soft dough.

Lubricate a separate bowl with vegetable oil, cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave for 1-1.5 hours somewhere in a warm place.

Divide the dough into 10 balls, then use your hands to make them into tortillas (the tortillas themselves should not be thin).

Add the filling - it's a cube of white chocolate and a cube of bitter.

We connect the edges to make a kind of round bun. We spread the buns at a normal distance from each other on a baking sheet smeared with vegetable oil, necessarily with a seam at the bottom. Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes in a warm place.

Heat the oven to 180 gr. Grease the buns with egg, sprinkle with sprinkles and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

For the powder: Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and rub thoroughly with your fingers so that a fine crumb comes out. Then put it in the refrigerator.
