Incredibly delicious pastries with walnuts, dates and cinnamon! Vitushka's recipe was told to me by my grandmother – she loved to cook it when I was little. I will share this simple culinary recipe with you.

Take a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in it. On the fire in a saucepan, mix the butter and milk, add to the flour and mix with mixers.
Separate the yolk from the protein, put the yolk in the refrigerator, mix the remaining 2 eggs, protein and 150 grams of flour, add to the flour mixture. You should get a thick dough. Mix with a mixer for about two minutes. Add another 300 grams of flour. Then knead with your hands for 10 minutes, the dough should become elastic. Add another 75 grams of flour. Form a ball from the dough. Put it in a plastic bag, let it stand in a warm place for half an hour.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees, dip the dough in a mixture of nuts, melted butter, dates, sugar, cinnamon. Let stand in a closed container for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the dough with jam (leave 2 spoons for later).
Sprinkle with nuts, roll it into a roll, cut it in half lengthwise, intertwine the parts together.
Bake for 25 minutes. Then brush it with yolk, and bake for another 15 minutes. Lubricate the finished plait with the rest of the jam.
The food is just wonderful!
