    Pour the bird cherry into a convenient bowl, bring the milk to a boil and pour it over the bird cherry. We leave it for 2-3 hours.

    After that, beat the egg with sugar. You can do it manually. Not necessarily with a mixer.

    Then pour the egg and sugar mixture into the cherry. Mix it up.

    Sift the flour separately, pour baking powder into it.

    And mix in small portions with cherry. It turns out the dough is like thick sour cream.

    Divide the dough into two parts and bake two separate cakes at a temperature of 180 degrees. It should take us no more than fifteen minutes for each cake.

    While the cakes are cooling, we make the cream. To do this, whisk sour cream, the fat content of which is not less than twenty percent, with sugar until a fluffy homogeneous mass.

    When the cakes are completely cooled, we liberally smear them with sour cream.
