To begin with, we wash the meat, dry it, beat it off, salt and pepper to your own taste, lubricate with mustard and put it in the refrigerator to infuse for about an hour. At this time, we wash the mushrooms, peel them, fry them with finely chopped onions. Then we put the prepared mushrooms with onions on the infused meat, roll the meat into a tight roll, tie it with threads and then put it in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for about 30 minutes. While the meat is cooking, we make a side dish. To do this, wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Then we also wash, clean and cut into cubes all the vegetables we have chosen. Now mix all these ingredients in a frying pan, pour water and simmer until ready. When the meat is cooked, we take it out and cut it into medallions, spread it along the edge of the dish. In the center of the dish we spread a side dish of vegetables. Bon appetit!
