Dear sweet lovers! I want to share with you the culinary recipe of our family pie. Such a jam pie reminds me of my childhood, such food was on our table on holidays. The pie turns out to be moderately sweet and very tender. And very easy to prepare.
From all the ingredients, knead the dough (not steep), put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
After that, divide the dough into 3 parts. The first part is distributed over a greased margarine and floured baking sheet, we do it directly with our hands. We also sprinkle flour on top. Put in the oven for 7-10 minutes. While the cake is being baked, we heat our jam on the fire, it should be hot.
We spread the baked cake upside down on a plate so that it is better soaked. We spread half of the hot jam on our hot cake!
Meanwhile, the second cake fits in the oven. As soon as it is baked, we spread it on our smeared first cake, and we also spread jam on it.
Put the third baked cake on top. Ready! Now we send it in a plastic bag to soak. After 12 hours you can taste it! You will definitely like this pie!
